Features - WHICH DIFFER FROM OUR OLDER MACHINES
- Stepper motor used for print registration ensures that there is little packaging wastage in stop/start situations. The jaws move in and out horizontally, thus eliminating wear and tear which occurs with rotary jaws
- The knife uses a guillotine action, which functions independently of the jaws, ensuring a clean cut. The blades remain sharp for much longer
- There is also a dancing arm for film tensioning
- Cold pull down/positioning rollers ensure that there is no burn-on from the film to the rollers (the machine uses a fin seal mechanism for vertical sealing)
- Temperature control is more accurate since there is no rotary union. Instead the thermocouple is stationery
- As quiet as a mouse. Noise level is virtually nil
- It works as steadily and efficiently as a mini VFFS or bagmaker
- Simply change bag size on touchscreen. The machine is VERY SIMPLE TO OPERATE AND CLEAN! There is a self-diagnostic system, bag length indicator, counter etc.
Included
- User-friendly Touch screen control
- Panasonic PLC
- Easy length adjustment from screen
- Bag length indicator
- Speed indicator
- Bag counter

- Self-diagnostic system.
- Automatic jaw release when product traps in seal bar
- Japanese made photocell for bag registration
- Japanese made digital temperature controller for back seal and jaw seal
- German made SIEMENS for main drive motor
- All read switches are non-contact switches
- Bi-active horizontal seal bar.

We provide export crating, container loading and overseas freight services at additional cost.
For loose container load (LCL), we arrange an export crate using treated wood according to the machine size (to protect the machine from damage during transport) and crate the machine at our warehouse.
For full container load (FCL), we bring the empty container, load the equipment, and lash/secure them inside the container at our warehouse. We can then arrange either seafreight or airfreight to the customer's nominated destination sea/airports.
We usually arrange on the CFR (Cost and Freight) basis as per Incoterms.
Marine insurance, applicable local duties/taxes, custom clearance and delivery to customer's site in their destination country are to the customer's account.
We regularly provide this service for customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.
