Jacketed heating and cooling system

The kettle uses a dual-purpose jacket that supports both heating and cooling operations. With a maximum design temperature of 150°C and a steam capacity of 511 kg/hr, it can handle demanding thermal processing requirements. This flexibility allows food producers to cook or cool products in the same vessel, reducing equipment changeovers and streamlining operations.

Agitation system for viscous and particulate products

The soft folding and lifting agitation action is engineered for gentle processing of chunky or viscous foods. This mixing method maintains ingredient integrity while promoting uniform heating, making it suitable for products like mashed potatoes, risotto, or stews. The design ensures thorough product movement without shear damage or dead zones.

Stainless steel construction and sanitary design

The kettle's internal vessel is fabricated from AISI 316 stainless steel for its corrosion resistance and compatibility with food products. The external jacket uses AISI 304 stainless steel for structural durability. A smooth internal surface and sanitary half-moon lid facilitate hygienic operation and cleaning, aligning with food safety standards for commercial cooking environments.
