Stainless steel construction with mobile frame

The conveyor is constructed entirely from stainless steel, supporting food-grade applications and ease of sanitation. It is mounted on wheels with lockable castors, allowing operators to position or relocate the unit as needed. The mobile design enhances operational flexibility in dynamic production environments.

Inclined screw design for controlled conveying

The auger’s inclined configuration enables vertical lifting of powders or granules with minimal spillage. Its 100 mm diameter screw and 70 mm flight pitch are engineered to deliver consistent throughput within the 3–5 m³/h range, making it suitable for steady metering into processing or packaging systems. This geometry helps prevent clogging and ensures continuous flow in dry food material handling.

Hopper feed system with vibration assistance

The integrated 200 L hopper features a wide 690 x 890 mm mouth, positioned at a convenient 1000 mm height for loading. A 0.35 kW eccentric vibrator is fitted to the hopper wall to aid flow and prevent arching of cohesive powders. This setup improves feeding consistency and is particularly useful when handling finely milled or moisture-sensitive ingredients.
