This rotary table is suitable for both container unscrambling and accumulation tasks in food and beverage packaging lines. Used at the beginning of your line, it unscrambles empty containers (bottles, cans and jars) to feed your conveyor at a controlled rate. Used at the end of your production line, it provides a rotating surface for filled containers to collect before packaging by workers.

The rotary table features a 1200 mm stainless steel surface with adjustable height and a variable speed drive. The machine incorporates a 3-phase motor with a single-phase power supply, enabling flexible installation in standard processing environments. Reversible rotation and laser-cut polished surfaces support hygienic, low-friction product handling. The table is rated for light to moderate loads up to 15kg, making it suitable for container accumulation and unscrambling tasks. Construction in SUS304 stainless steel ensures compatibility with food contact requirements.

The rotary table provides an adjustable working height around 800 mm, allowing alignment with upstream and downstream equipment. Its 15 kg average load capacity supports lightweight containers such as bottles, jars, or trays. The adjustable design enables easy integration across a variety of food packaging applications.

Precision surface for product handling

The laser-cut polished stainless steel tabletop is engineered to provide a smooth, flat, and low-friction surface for hygienic handling of food packaging components. This design minimizes product tipping or jamming during accumulation and unscrambling processes, supporting efficient line balancing.

Variable speed with directional flexibility

The variable speed drive allows for control over rotation speed to match different line requirements. Rotation direction is configurable by a qualified electrician, with the system supported by eight directional wheels that require manual adjustment to match rotation — an important safeguard to prevent wheel damage.
