Concave table surface for product retention

The table features a slightly concave stainless steel table surface that helps retain flexible packaging products during rotation. This design reduces the chance of bags slipping off the table, ensuring consistent and controlled product accumulation. It is particularly useful when handling irregular or lightweight bags in high-throughput food packing lines.

Adjustable height for line integration

The working height of the unit can be adjusted between 800 mm and 900 mm, allowing seamless alignment with various types of conveyors and packing tables. This flexibility supports ergonomic access for operators and facilitates easy integration into different line configurations. The adjustable legs provide leveling on uneven floors commonly found in food production areas.

Simple electrical and mechanical setup

Powered by a 240V single-phase geared motor, the rotary table connects via a standard 10 Amp plug, enabling straightforward electrical integration. The geared drive ensures smooth and controlled rotation at a selectable speed. With minimal moving parts and no complex control systems, maintenance requirements are low and reliability is high.
