Simpro Hydraulic Bin Tipping Machine DMS2250-3 CAT3

Stainless Steel Hygienic Bin Tipping Machine

The Simpro DMS2250-3 Cat3 is a stainless-steel Dumpmaster SS bin lifter designed for hygienic food-processing and industrial production environments. Built to lift and invert bins safely into hoppers, mixers, processing vessels, or waste receptacles, this custom 2250 mm tipping-height model uses Simpro’s vertical hydraulic lift action to keep the bin’s centre of gravity within the machine footprint during operation. With polished stainless-steel construction, IP66 ingress protection, and Category 3 safety architecture, it is well suited to washdown areas where manual bin emptying presents ergonomic, contamination, or safety risks.

Key Features and Benefits
- 2250 mm Tipping Height - Custom DMS configuration for discharging into elevated hoppers, conveyors, mixers, or process vessels.
- 250 kg Maximum Bin Capacity - Handles heavy Eurobins, FluroBins, ingredient bins, or compatible custom containers.
- Stainless Hygienic Construction - 304-grade polished stainless steel as standard, with 316 stainless option for acidic or corrosive environments.
- 3-Phase Electro-Hydraulic Drive - Powered by 380-415 VAC, 50-60 Hz 3-phase supply with 0.75 kW AC motor and 24 VDC control circuit.
- Category 3 / PLd Safety - Upgraded safety architecture with full-height guarding and interlocked access door.
- Compact Vertical Lift Action - Lifts the bin vertically before controlled inversion, reducing floor-space demand and improving tipping stability.
- Washdown-Ready Design - IP66 protection as standard, with IP69K option for more demanding sanitation regimes.
- Fast Cycle Time - Approx. 18-second tipping cycle for the 2250 mm configuration, based on Simpro’s custom-height formula.
- Food-Industry Compatibility - Designed for DIN9797 Eurobins and FluroBins, with optional cradles for FoodCap capsules, wheelie bins, or custom containers.

We provide export crating, container loading and overseas freight services at additional cost.

For loose container load (LCL), we arrange an export crate using treated wood according to the machine size (to protect the machine from damage during transport) and crate the machine at our warehouse.

For full container load (FCL), we bring the empty container, load the equipment, and lash/secure them inside the container at our warehouse. We can then arrange either seafreight or airfreight to the customer's nominated destination sea/airports.

We usually arrange on the CFR (Cost and Freight) basis as per Incoterms.

Marine insurance, applicable local duties/taxes, custom clearance and delivery to customer's site in their destination country are to the customer's account.

We regularly provide this service for customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.
