Wide belt format for large pack handling

The 600 mm x 800 mm weigh belt accommodates a broad footprint, allowing the checkweigher to handle larger products such as multi-portion trays, bulk food bags, or boxed ingredients. This format is particularly suitable for final stage verification of ready meals, meat cartons, and dairy bulk packs where precision and stability are critical to avoid shifting on the belt.

Pusher rejector for inline accuracy

The integrated pusher rejector activates upon detection of non-conforming weights, ensuring non-compliant packs are removed from the line with minimal disruption. This mechanical ejection method is particularly effective for medium and large items and reduces the likelihood of upstream backups or product damage.

Touchscreen control for setup and monitoring

All operational parameters, including target weight, tolerances, and reject criteria, are managed through a touchscreen HMI. This enables operators to perform quick product changeovers and adjust settings based on production batch requirements without halting the line. Weight data visibility and reject logs can also be accessed in real time to support QA monitoring.
