Micron filtration with washable filter media

The dust collector uses a PET filter cartridge capable of capturing particles between 1–3 microns in size. This filter is washable and reusable, contributing to reduced maintenance costs and extended filter service life. The design ensures consistent filtration performance for fine powders used in food production.

One-key vibration cleaning system

A built-in vibration mechanism enables efficient cleaning of the filter without manual intervention. Activated by a single control, this system removes accumulated powder from the filter media, helping maintain suction performance and reducing downtime.

Stainless steel construction with IP55 rating

All contact surfaces, including the fan housing, are fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and food-grade compliance. The unit carries an IP55 rating, offering protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, suitable for wet environments or alcohol cleaning.
