The bin lifter offers a discharge height range from 1600 mm to 2400 mm, adjustable in 200 mm increments. This allows for compatibility with various downstream processing or packaging machines such as kettles, cookers, or hoppers. The flexibility ensures the unit can be redeployed or adapted to different zones within a food processing line.

Built-in redundancy for safety in food environments

The bin lifter is fitted with dual safety systems: mechanical travel limiters and photoelectric sensors, along with a self-locking mechanism that engages in the event of chain failure. These integrated systems ensure secure operation, reducing the risk of accidents during lifting cycles in high-volume environments.

Engineered for consistent throughput in batch production

The mechanical chain drive system, powered by a 3-phase motor, enables a stable lifting speed of 5 m/min. The unit supports bins up to 250 kg and facilitates ergonomic and consistent material transfer, ideal for batch cooking or transfer stages in food preparation lines.
