Food-grade construction and cleanability

Product-contact parts are manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and hygiene. The machine is designed for straightforward disassembly and cleaning, reducing turnaround times during changeover between food batches or products.

Flexible fill range and interchangeable nozzles

The unit supports deposit volumes from 10 ml to 1000 mL, allowing the same equipment to be used for a variety of food products and container sizes. Operators can switch between hand-held or twin nozzles, adapting to different application types with minimal setup time.

Pneumatic, power-free operation

The depositor runs entirely on compressed air (0.4–0.6 MPa), eliminating the need for electrical connections. This makes it suitable for environments with strict safety requirements or where electrical components are restricted. Operation is managed via a foot switch, allowing hands-free control during filling.
