Ishida Checkweigher DACS-W-012-SB/WP-I
Ishida technology for speed and accuracy.
Fast, accurate weigh signals from high-speed Ishida loadcells are enhanced by AFV (compensation for floor vibration) and digital filtering. Signals are processed extra-rapidly via a special DSP (Digital Signal Processing) chip. Adding to this competitive edge are an extra-light weigh conveyor with a state-of-the-art direct drive motor, and a unique low-friction belt.
Powerful graphic interface, with enhanced potential for factory integration.
A large, easy-read, colour touchscreen interface makes operation and training simpler. Based on a Windows XP ® embedded platform, the possibilities for linking to factory control and information exchange systems (via ethernet links) are virtually limitless.
Product changeovers, including cleaning, are quick and easy.
Quick-release conveyors that snap back into place and a robust, open support framework with smooth, easy-to-clean contours enable rapid access and cleaning.
Handling more sizes and shapes.
To accommodate almost any type of product, a wide range of belt and conveyor sizes are available. Instant pack recognition technology A built-in camera can image any pack and store it for future recognition, allowing maximum confidence in correct set up.

We provide export crating, container loading and overseas freight services at additional cost.
For loose container load (LCL), we arrange an export crate using treated wood according to the machine size (to protect the machine from damage during transport) and crate the machine at our warehouse.
For full container load (FCL), we bring the empty container, load the equipment, and lash/secure them inside the container at our warehouse. We can then arrange either seafreight or airfreight to the customer's nominated destination sea/airports.
We usually arrange on the CFR (Cost and Freight) basis as per Incoterms.
Marine insurance, applicable local duties/taxes, custom clearance and delivery to customer's site in their destination country are to the customer's account.
We regularly provide this service for customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.
