Modular dual-head configuration

The LW-2 linear weigher utilises two independent linear weighing heads, enabling the system to operate in parallel for higher throughput or independently for handling dual products. Each head is connected to its own feed and discharge mechanism, providing better control over portion sizes and packaging formats.

Food-grade stainless steel construction

All product contact components, including the weigh hoppers and storage funnels, are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel to comply with food safety standards. The smooth surface finish reduces residue buildup and facilitates easier sanitation between production runs. Non-contact structural elements such as the linear vibrator housing are made from Q235A carbon steel or aluminium to balance durability and cost.

Integrated control interface

A 7-inch touchscreen operator panel provides direct access to key settings, including target weights, vibratory feeding parameters, and stored product profiles. Operators can store up to 10 preset configurations for quick changeover. The interface includes alarm indicators for overload, underload, and operational faults, improving ease of use and reducing operator error.
