Strengthened section for agitator mounting

A reinforced vertical wall segment is integrated into the tank’s cylindrical body to accommodate clamp-on agitators. This structural reinforcement eliminates the need for external frameworks, allowing the tank to double as a mixing vessel when placed beneath an overhead or portable mixer.

Conical bottom for efficient drainage

The 130-degree conical bottom ensures complete product evacuation, reducing waste and improving cleaning efficiency between batches. It enables consistent discharge, particularly useful for thicker food products such as purees, chutneys, or sauces.

Compact footprint with stable design

Despite its 1,000 L capacity, the tank maintains a compact footprint suitable for space-constrained production areas. The design includes braced legs to provide structural stability during filling, movement, or cleaning procedures.
