The holding tank incorporates a 120° conical bottom, allowing complete drainage of product with minimal residue. This design is critical for applications involving viscous products or where hygiene requirements demand full emptying before cleaning. The sloped configuration reduces product waste and facilitates faster turnover between batches.

Food-grade SUS304 stainless steel construction

The vessel is fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel, selected for its corrosion resistance and compliance with food-contact standards. This material ensures long-term durability and simplifies cleaning processes, supporting consistent sanitary conditions in production environments.

Agitator-compatible structure

A reinforced section on the tank allows for the secure attachment of an external agitator, enabling the tank to be adapted for mixing as well as holding functions. This feature is particularly useful in operations where product homogeneity must be maintained prior to downstream processing or packaging.
