Servo-driven carton size adjustment

The CE-25TB carton erector features a fully servo-driven mechanism for adjusting carton width, height, and length. Operators input the required carton dimensions via the interface, and the system automatically configures itself within approximately one minute. This reduces downtime during product changeovers and supports high-mix packaging environments.

Robotic pick-and-place operation

A robotic arm performs the carton opening and positioning process from the 1.5-metre-long magazine. This ensures consistent handling of each carton blank and reduces the risk of jams or misfeeds. The integrated vacuum generator provides secure carton pick-up during operation.

Integrated carton taping and line integration

The unit includes a side drive belt transport system and an integrated carton taper with tape run-out detection. Downstream sensor compatibility allows the erector to be integrated into existing automated food packaging lines. The Category 3 safety configuration ensures operator protection during operation.
