The KULP VD-1000 can be used for hundreds of products with very different consistencies from water to fruit chunks. Deposits any products which can be squeezed from a pastry bag.
This is effected by simply exchanging one type of nozzle for another (see nozzle types below)

CLEANING & DISMANTLING Ã¢â¬â€ NO TOOLS NEEDED
Generally, the cleaning process is very simple, just slowly decant your sanitizing mix into the large 80L hopper and switch on Ã¢â¬â€ it will flush through the complete system cleaning all the contact parts
Full Cleaning Cycle
The contact parts on the machine are connected by tri Ã¢â¬â€clamps which can be dismantled in 30 seconds by loosening simple clamps without any need of tools. After sanitizing and drying them, re-assemble within the same period of time.
The seals are made up of two materials. The outer side of seals are Teflon. Beneath the Teflon lies a special plastic material that ensures greater flexibility for the Teflon cover. It enables the seal to handle temperatures up 85 Celsius.
