500L Vacuum Z Arm Mixer with Tiltable Hopper
The domed lid and walls of the bowl of the N&N z arm vacuum mixer are reinforced to allow a vacuum of up to 98% (20mm Hg). The vacuum improves curing, protein extraction and enables control of the pre-mix density.
The bowl includes two intermeshing z-shaped mixing arms which make it suited to mixing thick and heavy products, like meat, dough, butter, nut bar mixes and confectionary masses.
The mixer is equipped with a hydraulic lid-opening system and is emptied by hydraulically tilting the bowl directly into a tote bin.

Efficient mixing and short discharge time
The MIX-ZV mixer is best suited for intensive mixing of thick and heavy products, such as kebab meat, as well as dough and butter based products. The bowl includes two intermeshing Z-shaped mixing arms. The MIX-ZV is programmable and has a colour touch-screen for user-friendly operation. The software enables up to 100 mixing programs to be saved, each with up to 5 programmable steps.
The body and shafts of the MIX-ZV are constructed from 100% stainless steel. All corners of the hopper and bowl are curved and surfaces are expertly ground and bead blasted or polished to facilitate thorough cleaning. The machine's three zone construction completely isolates the drive, bearings, sprocket, chain and lubrication points from the mixing chamber; this prevents food products from being contaminated by lubricants or bacteria.
