This unit is intended to re-arrange products from one lane at the inlet, to three lanes at the outlet end of the unit.
A Siemens S7 PLC manages the control functions, and this could easily be re-programmed to offer a wide range of control and counting functions.
The lanes terminate to three 170mm wide belts at 200mm centres at the exit end of the unit. The conveying height above floor level is 685mm.
Construction is of stainless steel and the unit is mounted on jacking screws.
Requires a 3 phase, 415V AC electrical supply in addition to power air.
