Reokneader KHS-5E (steam jacketed) Horizontal Cooker
Versatile machine suitable for stewing products in large volumes. This was from a soup plant where it was reducing various types of stock.
Applications:
Sauces, Soups, Gravy, Filling, Stew, Gratin, Roux, Bean Paste, Jelly, Jam, Fondant Fillings, peanut cream etc.
This horizontal steam jacketed cooker is fitted with a perforated plate which sits internally just above the steam jacketed area.
- It is also fitted with a touchscreen which records weight amounts of products added as well as controlling temperature
- The cooker tilts to allow for easy discharge of products. There is also a bottom outlet for draining and sanitising.
